Panel on Current Practices in Land Registry Transactions was Organised

Aiming to raise awareness in real estate law, (Sample Association Name) held a panel titled "Current Practices in Land Registry Transactions" in Izmir on 28 July 2025. The panel was held with the intensive participation of lawyers operating in the sector, land registry office representatives, real estate consultants and real estate investors. In the event, title deed transfer transactions, mortgages, sales promise agreements and legal disputes frequently encountered in title deeds were discussed. In the opening speech of the panel, the members of the Board of Directors of the association emphasised that the increasing transaction volume in the real estate sector has increased the need for accurate information and transparent transaction processes, and stated that they aim to raise the level of awareness of their members with such events. In the programme, issues such as common mistakes in title deed transactions, title deed cancellation and registration cases in the light of current judicial decisions were explained by expert lawyers through case studies. Participants had the opportunity to get one-to-one information by directing their questions to the experts in the question and answer section. In the evaluation section at the end of the event, it was decided to continue such practical panels at regular intervals. (Sample Association Name) announced that it will continue similar events in the coming months in line with the demands of its members.
