Membership Terms
Every natural and legal person who has the capacity to act and who adopts the aims and principles of the association and accepts to work in this direction and who meets the conditions stipulated by the legislation has the right to become a member of this association. However, foreign real persons must also have the right to reside in Turkey in order to become a member. This condition is not required for honorary membership. - The application for membership to be made in writing to the presidency of the association shall be decided by the board of directors of the association within maximum thirty days as acceptance to membership or rejection of the request and the result shall be notified to the applicant in writing. The member whose application is accepted shall be recorded in the book to be kept for this purpose.
The original members of the association are the founders of the association and the persons who are accepted as members by the board of directors upon their application. - Those who have provided significant material and moral support to the association may be accepted as honorary members with the decision of the board of directors. - To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey and to have completed the age of 23 - To have commercial and industrial activities in companies that are established in Turkey and managed entirely with Turkish capital, functional agriculture, animal nutrition, feed and food additives, herbal extracts, essential oils, supplementary foods, aramo therapy products from all related sectors and companies that produce at world standards in our country and export to the world, or to be a partner of a company engaged in this activity, or to be in the position of authorised senior manager for the representation and binding of organisations that direct the sectoral economy and society, to conduct research and scientific research in related fields. - Legal entities and companies applying for membership are required to have at least 51% of the capital that develops completely domestic products in the above-mentioned sectors, and the brands created by them must be brands and products that are fully registered as Turkish goods.
Üyelik başvurusu yapan ve temsil ettikleri şirketlerin yurtdışında kurulu firmaların yabancı markalarını Türkiye ye ithal etmek ve satmak amacı gütmemesi gerekir. Pazar şartları gereği ürünleri arasında yabancı markalar varsa da bunların sayılarının tüm ürünlerine oranının % 10 u geçmemesi ve ilgili şirketin cirosunun minumum % 80 ni yerli ürünlerden sağlanması gerekir.
· Üyelik başvurusu yapan kişiler başvuru formunun doldurup dernek banka hesabına 5000 TL (bir kereye mahsus)bağış yapar ve dekontu başvuru formu ile birlikte yönetim kuruluna verir. Kurucu üyelerde bağış zorunluluğu aranmaz.
· İkisi dernek kurucu asil üyelerinden olmak üzere 3 üye tarafından imzalanmış dernek üye müraacat formunu 4 adet renkli vesikalık fotoğraf 2 adet ikametgah 2 adet nüfus kayıt örneği 1 adet sabıka kaydından olaşan evrağı ilgili dernek organlarına teslim etmek.
