Article 1 - Purpose

The purpose of this Communiqué is to ensure that mediation processes are carried out effectively and fairly in the resolution of disputes arising in the field of real estate law; to increase trust between the parties and to regulate the ethical principles that members of the association must comply with in mediation activities.

Article 2 - Scope

This Communiqué covers the mediation activities of real and legal persons who are members of (Sample Association Name) regarding real estate law. Disputes arising in a wide range from real estate purchase and sale to lease relations, from title deed disputes to zoning plans are within the scope of this Communiqué.

Article 3 - Basis

This Communiqué has been prepared based on the provisions of the Association's Statute and related legislation, the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes No. 6325 and the Law on Associations.
