1. Name and Centre of the Association The name of the association is (Sample Association Name). The centre of the association is in Izmir.

2. Purpose of the Association The purpose of (Sample Association Name) is to increase information sharing in the field of real estate law, to ensure solidarity among colleagues, to inform its members and the public by following the legal developments in the sector, and to organise relevant training and events.

3. Fields of Activity In order to realise its purpose: - Organises seminars, panels, conferences and workshops in the field of real estate law, - Prepares vocational training programmes, - Publishes publications to strengthen information sharing among members, - Cooperates with relevant institutions and organisations, - Carries out activities to protect the professional rights of its members.   

4. Membership Membership of the Association is voluntary. Real and legal persons can become a member of the association with the approval of the board of directors. Members are obliged to comply with the obligations specified in the statute.

5. Organs The organs of the Association are: - General Assembly - Board of Directors - Supervisory Board.  

6. Sources of Income The sources of income of the Association are as follows: - Membership fees - Donations and aids - Revenues from events to be organised - Revenues from publications.

7. Amendment of the Statutes Amendment of the Statutes shall be made by an absolute majority decision of the General Assembly.

8. Dissolution of the Association The Association may be dissolved by a two-thirds majority decision of the General Assembly. In the event of dissolution, the assets of the Association shall be transferred to an organisation in accordance with the objectives to be determined by the General Assembly.
